By using Arthtome you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older. If you don't agree, please don't use Arthtome.

Arthtome is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and is not a financial advisor. Everything on the site — overlap figures and other information — is for educational purposes only and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any fund, stock or other security.

Investments in securities are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

Past performance is not indicative of future returns. NAV changes, returns and any calculator results are historical data or hypothetical illustrations, not forecasts.

Arthtome receives no commission or other compensation from any AMC, distributor or broker for the funds or securities shown.

Figures are based on public data from AMFI (daily NAVs and scheme details) and NSE (end-of-day stock prices), and on what you give us: the CAS you upload, broker files such as a Zerodha CSV, and entries you add by hand. Overlap figures are Arthtome's own calculations from this data; they are not ratings. We don't control these sources; data may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors, and our analysis may be wrong. The service is provided “as is”.

Zerodha, CAMS, KFintech, NSE, AMFI and the names of mutual funds and their AMCs are trademarks of their owners, used only to describe where data comes from. Arthtome is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

We make no guarantee of returns, accuracy or outcomes. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. To the extent the law allows, Arthtome is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service, including any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profits or data.

In any case, Arthtome's total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You agree to compensate Arthtome for any loss, claim or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that arises from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or content you submit (such as a testimonial) that infringes someone else's rights.

• Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription, at the price shown on our pricing page and at checkout.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period until you turn off auto-renew from your dashboard (Your plan → Manage plan). You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Premium is personal and non-transferable — one account, one person.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We may add, change or remove features, and update these Terms. For significant changes we'll notify you on the site or by email. Continuing to use Arthtome after a change means you accept it.

Don't scrape, resell or misuse the service, get around limits, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Mumbai, India, India.
